• I want to visit the exhibition. How do I register for it?
    Before Show Days – Click on the "Pre-Register" button. Your registration will be processed, and if successful, you will receive a confirmation email with a barcode within 14 working days. Simply bring a printed copy of your confirmation email/Barcode from the email to the Visitor Registration counter during the show days to collect your visitor badge.

    During Show Days - You can obtain visitor badges at the Registration area by scanning the QR Code for Registration. Fill out the linked form completely and present it to the Visitor Registration counter to obtain your visitor badge.
  • Is there any entrance fee payable to visit the exhibition?
    This exhibition is open to trade visitors only and there is no charge to visit the exhibition.
  • I registered online for the Sugarex Vietnam 2024 exhibition and did not get a reply after 14 working days. How can I check on the status of my online pre-registration?
    Email to marcom@fireworksviet.com with the subject: Status of Online Pre-Registration, highlighting:
    1. Full Name
    2. Company
    3. Job title
    4. Phone number
    5. Email (that used to register online so that we can check on the status of your online pre-registration for the exhibition- Do not use the same email as your colleagues)
    6. Country
    We will send a reply to you within 3 working days.
  • I would like to keep kept updated on the Sugarex Vietnam exhibition. How do I subscribe to be on your mailing list to receive brochures on the exhibition and eNewsletters for free?
    Email to marcom@fireworksviet.com with the subject: "Add me to Sugarex Vietnam" exhibition mailing list, and include your full name, company, phone number, full mailing address, country and email address in your email. We will send you the confirmation once we have added you to our mailing list.
